My Invisalign treatment is coming to an end and I’m genuinely sad I won’t have an excuse to interact with Dr. Lucas and his team. Everyone is extremely professional and I never wait more than 30 seconds in the waiting room - but even more than that, they are SO warm and friendly. Everyone seems to really love working there. If there was a way they would let me go and hang out back there without needing treatment, I’d probably do it. Can’t recommend enough!!

My Son just got his braces on at Dr. Lucas office. Everyone that works there was very friendly from the front desk to the assistants. Linda and Joy at the front desk answered all of my questions and were so sweet. Kelly put on his braces and was very professional and made my son feel so relaxed. She was very detailed in her instructions for the care of his braces and made sure all of our questions were answered. I give this office 10 stars!

The groundwork (picures, Xrays, etc.) done for the braces is excellent. The explanation between my child, Tamy, and Dr. Lucas is very clear, comfortable and with a goal trajectory. We made our choice and the top braces are on. The work is done well (I forgot your name but you are fab!) the room is well lit and immaculate. Thank you. Dr.Lucas has such a great manner and outlook it’s contagious. Couple that and his office, it’s a wonderful place! Tamy is a joy and adept at making the commitment (contract) clear. Wow!! I went to their new location in Berry Farms. Everyone was so friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. With 4 kids, we’ve gone through the braces routine before but this time it’s for me. I never felt pressured or rushed. I got my braces done here when I was younger and I had a terrible cross bite and Lucas Orthodontics fixed it for me! Dr. Britta is so kind and guides the patients through everything making them feel confident about their braces or Invisalign. FIVE STARS for Dr. Lucas and his amazing team!! I have 2 eight-year-old boys who had underbites and crossbites. Concerned of potential damage to their permanent teeth that were starting to hit together in front, I got them in with Dr. Lucas. He was incredible. First, he knew when to start, which meant waiting a year to not start too early. Then, when the time was right, he put them both in an expander, top braces across the front, and a reverse headgear. Sounded intimidating at first, but my kids were so resilient and pros in no time. In less than 6 months, both kids' bites were corrected and no longer hitting. They're on track to get their braces off soon! So grateful to Dr. Lucas and the team for their expertise, friendliness and patience to 2 young boys, and saving those permanent teeth from getting damaged. They'll have a 2nd set of braces when they get older, but now they have room to grow and their bites and smiles look amazing!

They are welcoming, efficient, kind and diligent.The office space is adorable with plenty of parking.Back staff was great as well with thorough explanation of procedures and after care.We went in for initial consultation and a week later our daughter’s upper brackets were placed.In this day and age when customer service and efficiency is not always present they didn’t miss a beat here and were stellar.I am a physician and my sister is a dentist and so clinical office settings are very familiar.They were really near perfect. Lucas Orthodontic Group is the best of the best. I have been a patient of Dr. Lucas for a year for Invisalign and he is exceptional. I have seen both Dr. Lucas and Dr. Kate and they both make me feel like I am the most important patient while I am being seen. They answer all my questions, available anytime after hours for emergencies and they take their time to walk you through the process and what to expect! They have the best dental hygienists — they all know you by name and make the experience pleasant. One thing that I appreciate the most is that if you have an appointment scheduled, they make sure you are seen during that time. They are cognizant of their patients time and schedules. Lastly, and most importantly, Linda at the front desk is fabulous. Linda is the very first person I met when I walked into the Lucas Orthodontist Group and her warm personality is contagious. I had not been in an Orthodontist office in years and was majorly impressed with the advanced technology. All Ex rays and imaging were top of the line, thorough and quick. I don't even know how to express how much we love Dr. Lucas and the staff at Lucas Orthodontics! We were referred to Dr. Lucas by our general dentist years ago when we found out our daughter had some very unique dental needs that would require a team effort between the dentist, orthodontist, and others over a long period of time. We absolutely love Dr Nyquist! She is so good with our girls - they never dread checkups! She gives us great information each visit and has such a conservative approach. The office is friendly and professional and they are quick to get us in when we have a bracket that is giving us trouble.

Dr. Lucas and his staff are the best in the busy. Especially his two associates, Rose and Kelly. I’ve had the best experience, the best results, and Dr. Lucas cares. Jaw surgery patient here and Dr. Lucas and my surgeon worked hand and hand to get me set up for surgery. After surgery, Dr. Lucas is working with the dentist to set me up for restorative work. My family has been coming to Lucas Orthodontics for years. I have 2 teenage girls that have absolutely beautiful smiles from their orthodontic work. I recently went through invisalign and had a great success story with straightening my adult teeth. We usually visit the office in Nolensville and typically see Dr. Nyquist. She and her team are the absolute sweetest. I have never looked forward to going to the orthodontist before meeting this fabulous and professional team. I would give 10 Stars if I could! We were thrilled with our visit! The office staff was exceptionally kind and made the entire process so easy. My daughter was so nervous when we first told her we were going to the orthodontist because she was affraid it would be painful. But she loved them!They answered every question we had about palate expanders and put all of our fears to rest. We are so confident that they were the perfect choice since we went to them as a second opinion. They weren't pushy on services and actually took more of a modest approach by suggesting we wait on braces until my daughter was older so they could see what her teeth would naturally do on their own once all of her baby teeth had fallen out. I highly recommend you set up an appointment for a consult.

When I started my Invisalign treatment, I had a different orthodontist and was not notified when he left and I was being moved to Dr. Nyquist. Even though it was a surprise, it was a good one!! I could not have asked for a better outcome. Dr. Nyquist is so detailed and good at what she does. I am so pleased with my smile and I love to visit the office. Dr. Nyquist, her assistant Kaitlyn and the rest of the staff are so wonderful and personable! They remember details about your life and make you feel very valued. This is my 2nd visit in the Gallatin office and I’d say I’ve had a very pleasant experience. I was a little bit nervous at first but the people were very kind and accommodating so it was very easy for me to get comfortable which was one of the things I was looking for. I could not be happier, if you need straighter teeth, this is the place they will make sure go leave happy!P. S. I had braces when I was younger and am almost 30 now, wear that retainer!
